1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, accessing, or using RentBuddy, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Accounts and Eligibility

  • You must have legal capacity to enter into a contract.
  • You must provide accurate and current registration information.
  • You are responsible for account security and credential control.
  • You are responsible for all activities performed through your account.

3. Permitted and Prohibited Use

We grant a limited, non-exclusive, revocable right to use the Services for lawful rental operations.

  • No unlawful, harmful, deceptive, or abusive use.
  • No malware, scanning abuse, or system disruption attempts.
  • No unauthorized scraping or bulk extraction.
  • No infringement of intellectual property or privacy rights.

4. Billing and Subscriptions

  • Paid plans are billed in advance by selected cycle.
  • Subscriptions may renew automatically unless cancelled.
  • You must maintain valid payment details.
  • Non-payment may result in feature restrictions or suspension.

5. Intellectual Property

RentBuddy and its licensors own all platform software, designs, trademarks, and related materials. No rights are granted except those explicitly stated in these Terms.

6. Disclaimer and Liability

Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. RentBuddy is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and total liability is limited as permitted under applicable law.
